normal style='text-indent:21.1pt;line-height:20.0pt'>4、建设规模：地浸工艺钻孔工程量约20215米，其中：大口径钻孔（Φ148*10mm）约18282米，小口径钻孔（Φ100*10mm）约1933米。
normal style='text-indent:21.1pt;line-height:20.0pt'>5、工作内容：抽液孔、注液孔及观测孔等地浸工艺钻孔工作内容包括钻探、地质、成井、洗井等，甲方根据地质情况要求对部分钻孔含矿层进行取芯作业，（含矿取芯率必须≥85%，否则予以处罚）。

normal style='text-indent:21.1pt;line-height:20.0pt'>⑴ 钻孔泥浆要求：钻孔泥浆必须采取措施收集循环使用，建立泥浆集中处理站，不能就地排放污染环境，泥浆排放须经过固化处理排放至指定的地点。
normal style='text-indent:21.1pt;line-height:20.0pt'>⑵ 现场具体安全环保要求参见合同第五部分《施工安全环保协议书》
normal style='text-indent:21.1pt;line-height:20.0pt'>7、计划工期：计划工期90日历天，开工时间以甲方通知为准。
normal style='text-indent:21.1pt;line-height:20.0pt'>8、资金来源：企业自筹资金。
normal style='text-indent:21.2pt;line-height:20.0pt'>三、投标人资格要求
normal style='text-indent:21.1pt;line-height:20.0pt'>1、投标人需具有中华人民共和国独立法人资格；
normal style='text-indent:21.1pt;line-height:20.0pt'>2、投标人需同时具有固体矿产勘查乙级及以上资质和地质钻探乙级及以上资质，且均在有效期内；
normal style='text-indent:21.1pt;line-height:20.0pt'>3、投标人需具有与承包工程范围相适应的施工机械和质量检测设设备；
normal style='text-indent:21.1pt;line-height:20.0pt'>4、投标人需具有有效的安全生产许可证；
normal style='text-indent:21.1pt;line-height:20.0pt'>5、投标人没有被责令停业、投标资格被限制、财产被接管、冻结、破产等状态；
normal style='text-indent:21.1pt;line-height:20.0pt'>6、在最近三年（2016年－2018年）内没有骗取中标或严重违约或重大工程质量问题；
normal style='text-indent:21.1pt;line-height:20.0pt'>7、法定代表人/单位负责人为同一个人的两个及两个以上法人，母公司、全资子公司及其控股公司，以及其他形式有资产关联关系的投标人，都不得在同一招标项目中同时投标；
