2.投标人是成熟飞行模拟设备提供商，其2013年至2018年在全球范围内交付用户投入使用的民用全动飞行模拟机数量不少于50台，且包括B737或A320机型
3.投标人应提供ISO9001认证证明。

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1.The bidders should be a legal person or other organization that participates in bidding competition in response to bidding. Unless otherwise specified, suppliers from the People's Republic of China or countries or regions with which the People's Republic of China are normally traded(hereinafter referred to as``qualified source countries'' )may bid.
2.The bidder should deliver not less than 50 sets of the civil full flight simulators to users worldwide and the simulators should come into use, during the period 2013 to 2018. The full flight simulators should contain Boeing B737 and Airbus A320 models
3. The bidders should provide ISO 09001 certification.
