招标范围为本项目的运营期保险，详细信息如下: Scope of Tender: Operational Phase Insurance of the Project，and the specific information is as follows: ①财产一切险 Property All Insurance ②财产一切险项下营业中断险 Business Interruption following Property All Insurance ③机器损坏险 Machinery Breakdown Insurance ④机器损坏险项下营业中断险 Business Interruption following Machinery Breakdown Insurance ⑤公众责任险 Public Liability Insurance ⑥货物运输保险 Marine Cargo Insurance 投标人应对以上招标范围内所有险种同时进行投标。任何仅对其中部分险种的投标将被认为是不完整的投标而被视为废标。 The Bidder shall bid for all types of insurance above and any bid not covering all types of insurance will be deemed as incomplete and invalid. |

投标人应同时具备以下条件： Qualification requirements (the following conditions shall be concurrently met): ①投标人须为非寿险公司 The Bidder shall be a non-life insurance company; ②投标人或其母公司须具有A（含）以上的国际评级，包括但不限于穆迪、标普、惠誉、AM Best等。 The Bidder or its parent company shall have an international rating of A or above, including but not limited to Moody’s, S&P, Fitch and AM Best; ③投标人或其母公司2018年非寿险保费收入须不低于10亿美元 Non-life insurance premium income of the Bidder or its parent company shall be no less than USD one billion in 2018; ④投标人或其母公司在全球范围内须具有单个项目保险金额2亿美元（含）以上火电项目运营期的承保经验 The Bidder or its parent company shall have underwriting experiences in operational phase insurance programs of coal-fired power projects worldwide with the Sum Insured of more than USD two hundred million (inclusive) for single project. ⑤本项目不接受联合体投标。 Consortium of Bidders is not acceptable. |
