恒生UF2.0系统日常业务和技术支持、软件升级补丁，其他系统供应商无法提供恒生UF2.0系统的维护工作，且没有授权其他代理商销售；若引入其他开发商对现有系统进行彻底重建并支持此次采购的产品模块，涉及到针对各个业务系统的重新对接切换和改造适配，资金成本和时间成本较大，还会给现有系统带来极大技术风险，业务开展的稳定性、连续性和安全性都会存在不可预知的风险。 |
